about this art:
This is one of my first paintings of 2024. This is actually me using matte medium instead of water for the very first time. I painted this in art class using new knowledge from my new teachers who I adore so much. Even though I rebel against most of their suggestions. hee hee! I was thinking of a few of my Capricorn friends when I chose her red hair.

fun fact: I just recently learned how to sketch braids from watching people do it on Youtube. It is now a pattern I have in my arsenal. I kept the "frida flower head" vibe from my last series and possibly have adopted giant things coming out of heads until further notice. Who knows what will happen? 

This palette: blue green, yellow ochre, and phthalo green, yellow green, quinacridone violet, quinacridone red, maybe a hint of pyrole red
